The main dish, "Motsunabe" (offal hot pot), uses premium beef offal♪ The savory broth, seasoned with salt koji, blends perfectly with the mentaiko (spicy cod roe), making for an irresistible and luxurious hot pot.Other dishes we offer include "Katsuo Tataki Yukke," where premium eggs enhance the flavor of the ingredients, and "Bakutama," a hybrid dish of "tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)" topped with a generous amount of whitebait.You can enjoy the shell YABURI to the fullest.
