Including the famous "Karatama"♪ Mio Chicken is a juicy brand of chicken raised at the foot of the Southern Alps.The main dish, "Charcoal-Grilled Chicken Toro," is an exquisite dish made with a rare cut of shoulder meat between the breast and wing, finished with charcoal grilling and a green onion sauce.Other offerings include "Sichuan-style Chicken & Chicken Gizzards with Ponzu Sauce," "Mio Chicken Nanban" with a fragrant rice cracker coating, and, as a finishing touch, "Cold Soba Noodles" available only as part of the course.
